Optical Insert Moulds

For optical insert moulds, we develop our own software to generate the optical surfaces data, then proceed to using 3D CNC machines to make the inserts. In such a way, we can make a huge quantity of quality inserts in the shortest amount of time. We control the design and manufacturing aspects at all stages to ensure moulds meet our customers standards and quality requirement.
